Shipping & Returns Policy

  • Delivery within Israel: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or special promotions.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products cannot be returned.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
